The ReidSleeve, Contour and OptiFlow garments are covered by most insurance companies including Medicaid in many states and the Veteran's Administration†. If you would like Peninsula Medical to check on your coverage, we will do so at no charge and with no obligation. Many patients are pleasantly surprised that they do indeed have coverage for compression garments, even if they were previously denied coverage. †Product coding should be verified with each carrier, Peninsula Medical makes no specific recommendations. While SADMERC has assigned A4465 for billing, most companies will allow miscellaneous codes to be used for reimbursement purposes.
